Our products are developed and manufactured in a specialized factory in accordance with normative safety requirements. At the same time, it is important to us to receive information about safety problems or accidents related to one of our products.

If a safety problem or accident should occur in connection with one of our products, please send an email to info@rima-abdichtungen.de Please also include the following information in your report:

• affected product
• Description of the safety problem or accident

This can help us to process your report. We will investigate your report and contact you if any further questions arise during processing.

Note on the processing of personal data:

Incoming reports are entered into our internal complaints register. The internal complaints register only stores the personal data that we need to investigate the complaint about a suspected dangerous product.

This data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the check and in no case longer than five years after the data was entered.
